That is, how many of your playing partners have ever tried to improve their game by playing it in their mind?

 

Muscles do not control the mind; the mind most certainly controls your muscles.

 

 

Can you change bad habits? Can you gain better results? Can you improve your game?

Visualisation

It is important to understand that your subconscious mind does not know the difference between fact and fiction.  If a player visualises the perfect drive, for example, their subconscious mind believes it is actually performing.  As a result of hypnotic mental rehearsal, the neurological pathways towards success become more engrained making high level success easier and automatic. The more a player practises success mentally, the easier performing a skill becomes on the golf course.

 

Guided Visualisation

An experienced hypnotherapist will not only introduce you to self-improvement using visualisation, but also teach you how to access this important skill whenever and wherever you require it. As with most things in life and sport, practice makes perfect. Your mental rehearsal should be specific to your need and I will guide you through the process to improve your skill sets and bring about the change that you are seeking. Self-help tapes and videos, readily available on line cannot do this. They only offer general instruction, without ever being able to deal with your own personal problems.

 

The “Yes You Can” Golf improvement Programme

 

1.   A FREE consultation including an introduction to visualisation…this is a fun   session.

2.   You will be taught how to relax and learn a relaxation trigger technique.

3.   You will be taught how to visualise and how to practice mental imagery at   home.

4.   Focus and concentration. You will learn how to educate your subconscious mind   how to think in straight lines.

5.   You will learn how to deal with and eliminate outside distractions.

6.   Together we introduce a confidence trigger.

7.   You will be taught how to deal with anxiety and learn how to simply “turn-down”  nerves and apprehension.

8.   I will teach you breathing exercises.

9.   You will dismiss bad habits and limiting negative thoughts.

10. Together we will re-frame your entire approach to your game, with amazing results.

Of course, not all cases are the same, so when you present a problem or an aim to me, I will adapt these hypnotic therapies to your own personal concerns.

 

My Fees

The hourly rate to improve your golf game is £50.00

During the free consultation we will discuss your needs and agree on the therapy sessions.

For the whole programme, I suggest five sessions, in which case I offer 5 for the cost of 4.

 

Under 18s and full time students half price.
